Teaching Semi Privates on the Pilates Equipment

(this workshop is recognized by the  DPV and PVA )

This BASI Pilates workshop is inspired by the unique structure of a BASI Pilates sesssion: BASI Block System®. This stucture enables us to work with each person as an individual, recognize their different needs and at the same time ensure a full body workout. 

In this workshop we will learn how to use the BASI Block system to teach a group session on different equipment. This  is as successful in a Pilates studio as in small boutique- or home studio where we often only have one piece of apparatus available.

You will also receive inputs on working with people of different levels on the same piece of apparatus in terms of maintaining the flow, the quality and applying correct biomechanics.
